1. This product is an AI assistant provided as-is, with no warranties of any kind.
2. We log query content and an anonymized network token (derived from a coarsened IP via HMAC with a daily-rotating secret) to operate the service, prevent abuse, and improve quality.
3. We don't link this data to individual users. Tokens rotate every 24 hours, breaking cross-day correlation. Individual data deletion requests cannot be fulfilled because data is not linked to individuals.
4. Don't use this product for illegal purposes, to harm others, or to violate anyone's rights.
5. This product can be wrong. Verify important information independently.
6. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of this product.
7. We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept changes.
8. You may stop using this product at any time. We may block access for terms violations.
9. These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey.
